We moved from California to Leesburg, Fl and one day we started looking for some local honey to fight my allergies. Somehow we ended up in Altoona and saw Laura’s Emporium . Well, we stopped in, took a look and a taste- and decided to try some of their honey that was labeled: “Local”.
Well, we took some home, used it and it worked. It is also great in our homemade bread. Anyhow, we will be back soon as we are getting low.

I was suffering with ear ringing and terrible allergy symptoms when I saw Laura’s local honey at the flea market. After taking a tablespoon each day for 2 weeks I got relief . I continue to take the honey each day which is the best tasting honey I’ve had. I don’t have to take medication anymore for my allergies as long as I take the honey .
